Rules Governing Your Account

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly states otherwise:

• "7z77z", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 7z77z platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://7z77z.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 7z77z platform or uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 7z77z platform.
• "Platform" means the 7z77z website, mobile interface, and all associated games, betting markets, and services available at 7z77z.io.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of a Player's deposited real-money funds and any credited bonus funds held within the Account, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 7z77z subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole operating currency of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning set out in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

By accessing the 7z77z Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 7z77z Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7z77z with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" in these Terms include both you and that other person, and you accept joint and several liability.

To register and maintain an Account with 7z77z, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 7z77z strictly enforces a minimum age of 21. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other individual or entity.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account with 7z77z.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for a third party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by 7z77z or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure, along with forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

7z77z reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any point in the account lifecycle. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 7z77z to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or source of funds, within the timeframe specified by 7z77z's compliance team.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, mobile number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. You must keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.

You must notify 7z77z immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at [email protected]. 7z77z will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

7z77z reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Player is in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormancy procedures.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require account closure.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, 7z77z will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

All financial transactions on the 7z77z Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other payment channels listed in the Platform cashier from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 7z77z does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment account used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): typically 1 to 3 business days.
• Card withdrawal (Visa, Mastercard): processing times vary by issuing bank.

7z77z reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your Account Balance pending resolution.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are permitted only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Any real-money Balance co-mingled with unsatisfied Bonus Funds may be subject to a hold until wagering conditions are met, in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.

All bets placed on the 7z77z sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and market-specific rules published within the relevant betting section of the Platform.

• A bet is accepted and binding only once 7z77z issues a confirmation reference. Bets are not valid until confirmed.
• 7z77z reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a confirmed bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live markets. 7z77z may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Where a match, event, or fixture is abandoned, postponed, or voided, 7z77z's settlement rules for that specific market will apply. In most cases, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned, unless specified otherwise in the market rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per Player account, as displayed within the bet placement interface. 7z77z may adjust individual Player bet limits at its discretion.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account Balance within a commercially reasonable time following official result confirmation.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — match results are determined by the official result declared by the governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). 7z77z's cricket sportsbook operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for all scheduling purposes.

The 7z77z casino and slots products are provided in partnership with licensed Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own internal rules, Return-to-Player (RTP) rate, and paytable, all of which are accessible within the individual game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Game Provider rules, the Game Provider rules govern the specific game outcome.

7z77z operates as a distributor of third-party games. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) maintained and audited by the relevant Game Provider. 7z77z does not influence or interfere with individual game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects a game round, 7z77z reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the Player. Any winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning game session may be voided. 7z77z's decision in such cases is final.

Live casino games streamed via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the dealer and studio rules announced at the table. House rules take precedence. Players must conduct themselves respectfully in all live chat environments within live casino games; disrespectful or abusive conduct toward dealers or other players constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7z77z may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all 7z77z promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise specified.
• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, sportsbook bets, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• 7z77z reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential Account closure.

Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and the BPL calendar are offered at 7z77z's discretion. These promotions do not create an ongoing entitlement and may be withdrawn or altered at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7z77z Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or payment details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not in the public domain.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, loopholes, or technical malfunctions in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with payment providers in bad faith after funds have been wagered.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or otherwise misappropriate any part of the 7z77z Platform or its intellectual property.

All content on the 7z77z Platform — including but not limited to the 7z77z brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio-visual materials, data compilations, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 7z77z or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 7z77z.

Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Any use of such content beyond the scope of normal gameplay is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7z77z, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to place bets or wagers.

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

7z77z's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your 7z77z Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose, or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 7z77z's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law.

7z77z collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 7z77z Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of a personalised Platform experience. 7z77z will not sell or commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or necessary for payment processing and verification services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 7z77z is incorporated and licensed to operate as an offshore gaming platform. 7z77z operates as an offshore platform and Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with laws applicable to them in their country or territory of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7z77z arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you must first contact 7z77z's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 7z77z will aim to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, 7z77z reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
